We want you to be happy with your order. Here is exactly how our refund process works.
The short version
We do not offer refunds just because you changed your mind. But if something goes wrong with your order, we will make it right. Keep reading to see what qualifies.
What we will fix
You are covered for a replacement or a full refund if any of the following happen:
• Your item arrives damaged or broken
• You receive the wrong item
• Your order never shows up and the tracking confirms it is lost
• There is a manufacturing defect in the product
In these cases, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date and we will sort it out.
What we do not refund
We are not able to process refunds for:
• Orders where you entered the wrong shipping address
• Items that were delivered but you no longer want them
• Sizing issues on items you ordered without checking the size guide
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier
• Digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed

Email us at support@bdhcreative.com with your order number and a photo of the issue if applicable. We typically respond within 2 business days.
Replacements vs. refunds
In most cases, we will offer to replace your item first. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
